I recently had my car repaired at this auto body shop and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. They took the time to explain the repair process to me in a way that was easy to understand, which really eased my worries since I’d never dealt with auto body repairs before. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, and they provided me with a detailed estimate that was both fair and transparent. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They did an exceptional job on the paintwork, matching the color perfectly, and my car looks brand new. They even cleaned the interior, which was a pleasant surprise! I also appreciated that they kept me updated throughout the process, so I always knew what to expect. If there was one thing I’d suggest for improvement, it would be to streamline their communication lines a little more. While they were good about updating me, there were a few times when I had to wait longer than expected for a callback. Nonetheless, the quality of the work far outweighed this minor inconvenience. I had my SUV repaired here after a minor accident, and I must say, I was impressed by the level of service I received! The shop was clean and well-organized, which gave me confidence that they take pride in their work. The turnaround time for my repairs was longer than I initially expected, but I was informed about the delays due to parts availability. They really went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly, which I value more than speed. The final result was fantastic; my SUV looked just like it did when I first bought it! However, I did notice that the waiting area could use some updating. It felt a bit cramped and the seating was not the most comfortable. A little more space and a few magazines or some coffee would really enhance the customer experience while waiting for your vehicle. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and would recommend this shop to friends and family. It's clear they care about their clients and the quality of their work, which is hard to find these days. I will definitely return for future services and I’m glad I found a place I can trust for my vehicle!
